RETURNS
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Contact info@gardencityessentials.ca before returning an order for further instructions. Purchases made via retailers are subject to the return policies of that store.
After 14 days, or if the product has been opened, products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full credit. After 30 days all sales are final.
