Workshop: Sauerkraut

Join Registered Holistic Nutritionists Meghann Riley and Rebecca Sekhon to learn how to make sauerkraut! During this session, participants will hear how fermentation works to improve the flavour and nutrition of the foods being preserved. Then all will get their hands dirty, choosing from a variety of ingredients to make their kraut traditional, herbaceous, spicy - many options available!

Attendees will leave with their 500ml jar to ferment at home, along with a recipe hand-out and continued online support through access to a private Facebook group.
